Why do you want to be part of the staff team?: I enjoy helping players around the server and feel I have a solid enough foundation of knowledge to do a good job of that while representing the WarScape Team. Why should we choose you over others: I work in HR which involves interacting with people multiple times on a daily basis. I am able to act professionally in all situations and approach conflict with a level head. Don't get me wrong, I am absolutely useless when it comes to things like coding and development, but I feel I am suited and capable of representing the WarScape team. What are some useable skills you have?: Maintaining a professional demeanour when faced with conflict, conflict resolution, excellent written communication skills (I make typos, it happens), multi-tasking, deadicated, able to consider and understand multiple points of view. meme game is pretty good too Staff Experience: I used to be both a Mod and Admin on a few older servers back in the day (2012-2014). Used to go by "Itsjustagame" on those ones. I was always focused on player interactions and keeping the game experience enjoyable for all. What are the qualities you have?: I like to think i'm light-hearted, I don't take things too seriously but I am able to recognize when a more serious approach is needed. I'm not really sure what else to touch on that wasn't captured in the "skills" queestion. How long have you played WarScape?: I have 13 days in-game but have been playing since early-to-mid December. In a short paragraph, explain what you'll do with your position: Continue to play and enjoy the game while looking for ways to improve the experience for all players, new and old. Part of that comes with providing suggestions which I have done in the past (and I like to think one or two contributed to updates a long the way :)). Luckily we have a great community on this server and I will put in an active effort to make sure that continues to grow (i've hosted a giveaway, vote regularly and do my best to help anyone who needs it). A large part of it is simply being visible so people know who to ask if they have questions. Of course, if there's anything I can do to help test updates, or otherwise contribute, i'm all in for that as well. What do you hope to achieve if you are promoted?: I don't neccessarily hope to achieve anything as staff that I do not hope to achieve as a regular player. I simply have an interest in joining the team as well as helping in any way that I can and I feel I am well-suited to doing that. Let me know if you need a candidate rejection template Do you understand that if you break rules, or turn out to be a horrendous Helper that you will be demoted?: I'd expect nothing less. I'm too useless with computers to figure out a way to cheat and I have always messaged you if I found something in game that could be exploited. If approved and down thew road this becomes too much of a commitment, or life happens and gets in the way, I will step aside without hesitation or argument.
